Migrate license from inoperable device to new workstation

My laptop will no longer boot normally to windows, so I am not able to extract the license SQL Prompt license information to migrate to my new laptop.  I can get into the old laptop in safe mode with networking, but I am unable to start SQL Prompt service to get the license information.

How can I migrate the SQL Prompt license from the inoperable device to my new laptop?

    I have added an extra activation to your serial key to replace the one you lost to your old machine so you will now be able to activate your license on your new laptop.
