SoC does not support filegroups directly I'm afraid. You can configure them using a pre-script, but ultimately we can't actually source control the filegroup definition itself (it's a database level object).

I am using Version 6.1.8.7584 for SQL Source Control. My database has multiple file-groups. While taking build in TFS I am getting error for procedure 'Invalid filegroup 'abc' specified.' occurred when executing the following SQL:xyz.
File-groups are not ignored in Compare option / filter rules. Could you please help me with this error.
