Not an error I've seen before unfortunately but I'll try replicating it.

I couldn't replicate this unfortunately; whilst I don't want to disavow all responsibility, I'm really not sure how Prompt could have caused this.
If you uninstall prompt then repair SSMS - assuming you didn't try that - does it work? -
Very possibly just convenient timing, I agree wasn't sure of the relation, that just seemed to be when it happened. I haven't yet tried uninstalling, because I am on a work computer and they lock us down on somethings so it can be a pain sometimes to uninstall and re-install.
Thank you for the response, I may check into the uninstall/re-install or check out other options

You're welcome - sorry its not overly helpful beyond "repair" but at this stage its all I can think of!

I had Team Foundation Server working wth SSMS up until I installed SQL Prompt. I cannot say specifically that it it related to SQL Prompt, but it was working then I installed SQL Prompt and now it doesnt. Any ideas what I can do to get that working again.
I followed this to enable TFS::

I have googled the error and followed a repair all with no luck...
