SQL Source Control Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array

Something has gone wrong with the SQL Source Control tool in several of my databases.  When I right click on a database and select "Get Latest From Source Control" I receive an error message "Index was outside the bounds of the array".

I was hoping to be able to include the complete error message, but for some reason the application won't let me copy the error message text from the window... 

What do I need to do to resolve this issue?  I have already tried unlinking and relinking
