Thanks for your feedback. This is a known issue and one that I don't think has an easy, simple solution. However, I've raised this as a feature request so that the developers will look into to see whether there's anyway of keeping the bookmarks after a code layout. is it a known fact that when you use the layout SQL features that any SSMS bookmarks (using Ctrl+K,Ctrl+K) set in code files are wiped?
Is there any intention to consider maintaining them or is it not possible? If it isnt possible would it be a good feature to bring in SQL Prompt bookmarks for code files to aid navigation in large scripts?
I know the Ctrl+B,Ctrl+S is SQL Refactor but I got to this forum first and the new feature would be a SQL Prompt one I would expect...
