Column Picker

How do I configure SQL Prompt so that only columns for the pertinent table are listed when I hit CTRL-SPACE? Also, how do I enable Column Picker? It's currently disabled. Only All Suggestion is enabled.

    When the suggestions box is displayed, press Ctrl + Left arrow or click the Column Picker tab to display the Column Picker:

    The Column Picker is never automatically selected.

    The columns for the pertinent table are on the top of the list.
