13.3.8.6436 : Copy and paste doesn't format

in recent days when i copy and paste from the code pane in SQL Compare into SSMS , what's pasted in the SSMS query window isn't formatted as it appears in SQL compare : it all pastes on one line. When i paste into Microsoft Word it does the same thing.

However my colleague who is has not updated SQL compare in recent days (is on version 13.1.9.5540) and has demonstrated that it used to copy and paste ok. i'm sure this has only stopped working for me in the last week.

Can you confirm whether this is an issue in latest version of SQL Compare and will be fixed ?

    Sorry that you're experiencing this problem. Yes, this is a known issue and we're currently looking into it. I'll let you know as soon as I have an update.

    A quick update for you - we've managed to fix this and the fix will be included with the next frequent updates release.

    We've just released 13.4.0 to our Frequent Updates channel, which should fix this bug.  You can turn on frequent updates from the Help menu.
