How do I move licenses from a dead PC to a new one?

My old PC died and is not available. I have a new PC and need to activate SQL Compare, SQL Data Compare and SQL Multiscript on the new PC. I have already tried our activation codes and received the message that it exceeds the allowed number of activations. We do not have an administrator who can login to your site to manage the licenses, all of us in our DBA group downloaded these tools and activated them ourselves. How can I move these licenses to the new PC?

    Hi @Larry

    Thanks for your post. 

    If your old machine is unavailable then please send us a ticket and include your serial key. We will replace the missing activation on your serial key and once done you can use it again on your new machine straight away.
