Backup compare with live DB error "An item with the same key has already been added"

I am getting error every time I try data compare between the backup (.bak) file and a live DB.

I took backup of source DB, added it and try running data compare. But every time it tells me "An item with the same key has already been added" and there is no more information.

If I run compare of live source DB and live target DB, then it works fine. But I need to use the backup file.

Can you help please with the reason why this might happen?

Using Trial version 13.3.2.5875 Standard
