Support Azure Data Warehouse in SQL Compare and SQL Doc

I have now been through everyone's tools to try and find this functionality.

PLEASE consider adding support for Azure Data Warehouse

SQL Source Control would also be very welcome.

DB Best now support ADW (albeit dreadful IMHO)
