I Was advised to upgrade to Version: 7.1.10.9494 to fix another issue. This then caused the problem

No data in overview screen comes up no data to display- has anyone else struck this issue?
Redgate advised to upgrade to later version with no guarantee it will fix the issue which I am not willing to do unless they can guarantee it fixes issue. Upgrading monitor to latest version gave me the problem we now have!
