Hello,

We have purchased and currently installed Ants Profiler 4.1.0.45.

For the third time now the menu items for Ants Profiler have disappeared from the Visual Studio 2005 menu. The add-in manager tells me Ants is installed and set to be started at startup.

The only remedy so far has been to uninstall Ants, do a devenv /resetsettings from the command line and a reinstall. After that I have set my Resharper settings again.

My Questions:
- Do you have any idea on how this can happen ?
- Is there a way of resetting without losing my settings
- Why doesn't the ants Installer have a repair option ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I found the problem.

    There was a broken NDepend addin in my Visual Studio, this was not checked to run or to start at start-up. I needed to start it manually to get an error and an option to remove. After I removed it, the problem with Ants disappeared.
