  same old "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" - been getting that for a couple years off and on

  I assume submitting from the app when it crashes doesn't get to support?

  Hi, thank you for your forum post.
  
  Submitting the error report direct from the application, the error report submitted updates the Bug Tracking system directly. The Product Support Team are most likely unaware that a user / customer has submitted a report unless they are informed about it and deliberately search for it.
  
  Would you please enable the verbose logging as per this help article:
  https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SCO4/Logging+and+log+files
  
  Repeat the steps that generate the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". When the error occurs, locate the current log file and attach a copy to an email message.
  Send the email to support@red-gate.com.
