Error trying to push to remote git repository

I'm getting this error: The URL of your remote repository isn't supported. If you're using SSH, try switching to HTTPS.

How do I make that switch?

If you have enabled two-factor authentication, or if you are accessing an organisation that uses SAML single sign-on, you must provide a personal access token instead of entering your password for HTTPS Git.
