Install failed, cannot uninstall, cannot re-install.

Recently tried install SQL Search 2, SSMS 17.2. The Read Gate toolbar did not appear, so I tried to reinstall. Message that it was already installed. Tired to uninstall, and can't. Even tried Microsoft FixIt as per another thread. Still not uninstalling.
