Comparison Key Drops

Hi everyone. I'm trying to compare the data in 2 tables. I setup the Comparison Key and when I click Compare Now the tables appear under the section "tables cannot be compared". After investigating further I noticed the comparison key isn't set, so I tried setting those again with the same results. Anyone know why the comparison keys keep disappearing? It's only doing this for one of my mappings, and the other tables that are mapped the comparison keys don't disappear and the tables compare without an issue.

Note I have SQL Data Compare 13 which isn't an option in the Category Drop down for the forum discussions.

    This sounds like a bug to me - would you mind contacting support@red-gate.com with the SQL to create both tables so they can try and reproduce the issue?

    We've now removed version numbers from the product names in the drop down list when you want to submit a new post.
