I want to buy SQL Source Control for my company and needed some clarification. Came across the pricing below and not sure about the '1 license' part.

What is 1 licence means? 1 User? 1 user multiple activation? 1 Machine? if means 1 user multiple activation, whats the max number of activation allowed?

    We license per-user. A single user can activate on multiple machines provided they are the only user using the tool on those devices.
