Thank you for your forum and sorry that you have encountered a problem.
I believe that you also submitted a support request, ticket number #94963. Replying to this post in case other users experience this problem, so that can extract the msi files to a different location.
From the error number - 0xe0434352 - I suspect the installer cannot extract the msi files to the temp location.
I am going to assume that you are running 'DeploymentSuiteforOracle.exe'.
Open a new command prompt and change directory so that you are in the folder where the 'DeploymentSuiteforOracle.exe' is located.
The following command will extract the msi files to a location you select, in my example I am extracting to a folder called 'Redgate':
DeploymentSuiteforOracle.exe extract C:\Redgate\
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder where the msi files where extracted to and run each msi file in turn to install each Redgate Oracle Tool.
