Hi, thank you for your forum post.
Sadly there is insufficient information to work out a cause of the problem.
Would you please increase the minimum logging level to verbose, as per the instructions in this help document?

Repeat the steps or actions you took previously and review the log file generated are there any entries that help to identify a possible cause of the problem?
