command line with Data Compare for Oracle

Hello,
i tried to generate a Report with commad line and got this error message:

Data Compare for Oracle: trial
Initializing
Error: Cannot obtain Oracle Client information from registry. Make sure that
Oracle Client Software is installed, or use the Direct mode when connecting to server.

Do you have idea what' missing on my computer ?

    Thank you for your forum post.

    What is the command line syntax you are using?

    Does adding the /direct switch to your command line syntax resolve the problem?

    Are you able to compare using the Data Compare for Oracle GUI?
