Source Control to keep index options

I'm trying to find a way to keep index options so when it gets deployed to our prod server, same options will get applied to the indexes that are created.
But I can't seem to find any setting that Source Control to store those index options, such as ONLINE setting.
Any idea?

    This is an issue that we have considered, but currently there is no work planned for it.
