High cpu usage analysis

I'm using sql monitor version 7, and sometimes i get some high cpu usage on sql server that i'm investigating.
Is there any best practice to find the cause of the high cpu, i can get the time, the number of transaction, etc, but i cannot find any usable information to find the machine/ process/query that is creating the cpu spike for a long time.
