Build Error - A parameter cannot be found

Hi All,
I'm using RedGate SQL Toolbelt update for the latest version(DLM Automation, Source Control), TeamCity and Octopus for deploying changes to my Databases.
I used the following document for guidelines

On TeamCity I configured Build Step and on Advanced Options Transaction isolation level is set to Serializable.
I'm getting the following Error

I can't figure out why i'm getting that error, need some help.
