I have a database with encrypted stored procedures. I understand that I would need sysadmin access to connect to source control. Is there a way to exclude the encrypted stored procedures and connect to source control without sysadmin.

Thanks for contacting us!
You can set up a Filter to exclude them, or go to Comparison Options (both under the Setup tab) and uncheck the "Decrypt encrypted objects" option.
