Linked Databases Issue Upgraded from 3 to 5

So after upgrading from SQL Source Control 3 to Source Control 5, any databases previously linked through SQL Source Control 3 did not roll up to Source Control 5 in terms of what underlying files they need (i.e. WorkingBases folder, trying to hit SQL Source Control 3WorkingBases folder instead of SQL Source Control 5WorkingBases.

Why did it not update these references to now pull from SQL Source Control 5 folders/files?

Thanks for contacting us and that is odd!
Perhaps if you uninstall v5 and delete the Source Control v5 appdata folder (that countains the transients and such) - then upgrade to v4 - then upgrade to v5.
