GUI inexplicably closes

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. I can be doing restores and the GUID shuts down. It has done it while registering new servers. It has done it while setting up new backups.

I cannot point to anything that when I do this it shuts down it just does. Sometimes it will be up for days and sometime only a few minutes. I really like the product just wanted you to know about this issue.

Also if I don't shut down the GUI but it goes down hard any new servers I have registered don't get saved. I have 60+ servers registered and will have as many as 5 times that before it is said and done. I need to have confidence that if I register a server it will be in there until I remove it.

    Thank you for your post into the forum.

    When this problem occurs, are there any error messages created?

    Any entries in the Event Viewer Application Logs?

    Is this problem occurring on a 32bit or 64bit or an Itanium machine?

    What Operating System is in use?
