Obfuscate multiple assemblies

How do I obfuscated multiple assemblies in a single project? I don't want to merge them, just obfuscate them.

    Hi Rob,

    It's not possible to obfuscate multiple assemblies in a single project at the moment, I'm sorry to say. However, we do have a feature request for this logged as SA-972 and I've +1'd this with your details.

    As a workaround, you can use the command line function of SmartAssembly and create a batch or script file to perform multiple obfuscations.
