Hi,Currently I'm experiencing the same issue. SSMS 18.6. Prompt 10.4.2.Attached the log.

I'm also still experiencing the same issue, Tab History won't reconnect any of my open tabs when I start Management Studio. I'm using Management Studio 18.7.1 and SQL Prompt 10.4.7.16599. See my log for SQL Prompt attached.
