Incorrect Date values

I'm using version 12.0.28.3138 Standard.

Dates are not being displayed correctly. This seems to be an issue with dates with a time value of '00:00:00'.

Example:
Date '2016-06-20 00:00:00' is being displayed as '0031-08-06'
