Using Powershell to Generate/Commit Migration Scripts?

Instead of using the RGSSC’s UI to create Migrations Scripts for each Commit, I would like to use PowerShell to call Redgate to create the Migration Scripts for all Commits that do not already have matching Migration Scripts, and I would like to use Powershell to check in those newly generated Migration Scripts.
