Call Graph Implementation Question

I was wondering if Red Gate is willing to abstractly disclose how they implemented their beautiful Call Graph functionality in ANTS Profiler 4. I am interesting in supporting something similar in my own application. I am curious to know if the the diagramming system for the Call Graph was an in house solution or if an external tool/library was utilized to create such diagrams.
