I can connect fine to the Oracle instance with PL/SQL Developer. No problems. I am trying to create a NEW source control project connecting to a particular instance, and I get this message about Index is locked when attempting to initialize. The message is opaque at best and does not indicate if the problem lies with Oracle or with RG Source Control for Oracle. Has anybody encountered this for a new or existing project?

Not that helpful but you may want to look in the logs to see what could be going wrong.

There's pretty verbose logging at all points in population that may indicate where the issue occurred.
It's not something we've seen before from memory.
