Error Log Alert Severity Threshold not saving

Hello. We're running v5.1 and when I try to change the threshold for the "SQL Server Error Log Entry" Alert from 0 to severity level equal to or greater than 17, the change does not remain after clicking Apply Changes.

Is this by design or is it a problem with my installation?

We've seen the same behavior. Setting an alert to 20, would revert. Setting it to 11, and it has held for a week now.

I've just tried various different numbers with no joy. I also tried changing the alert level and using the "multiple alert thresholds". What ever I do reverts back to the default Medium & 0 settings.

    Hi all,

Very sorry for the late reply - this slipped through so my apologies for that!

This issue has been resolved as of SQL Monitor v5.2 so please update to the latest version (5.2.3) for the fix to this!

    Kind regards,
    Alex
