Redgate product screens are "squished" on a surface Pro 4

I am using red gate products on a Surface Pro 4 and all the screens are not sizing correctly and look squished and some info is missing

    I know this is an old thread but has anything been done as I have just downloaded the trial and using a surface pro 4. The screens are still not sizing correctly. If I change the compatibility mode to Override high DPI scaling etc. things are a bit better but my application runs in this mode and does not display correctly. A no win situation.
