SQL Source Control source error

I can no longer select Source Control as a source when doing a compare, it was working a few days ago and not sure how to fix it. I get the following message

Unable to locate where SQL Source Control is installed

InnerException:Sequence contains more than one matching element

    Hi,

    Did you install a new version of SQL Source Control recently? Try uninstalling SQL Compare and then reinstalling it. Hopefully it will pick up the correct location again.
