Cannot install, as part of SQL Developer Suite

Hi all,

Firstly let me apologise if this isn't the correct forum for this query, I couldn't see where to put it!.

I'm trying to install SQl Developer Suite (https://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-d ... per-suite/) first and foremost so that I can upgrade SQL prompt which I already have from 5.1 to the latest version.

I'm getting an error when I try and run the installer on my admin account though (Windows 7 machine with Visual studio 2013 and SQL 2008 and SQL2014 installed): 
SQL Developer Suite 
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is denied at RedGate.InstalleriongFileName.File.Copy(String sourceFile, String destinationFile, Boolean failIfDestinationExists) at #shw.#Sznb.#uhw(String #L5rc, FileStream ,#p4K) at #shw.#Qznb.#Vv1(#Sznb #mDk, String ,#yIc) at RedGate.CompressEngine.Extract.Files(String compressedFile, String expandedDirectory) at RedGate.InstallerWizard.LII.FileExtraction.ExtractionThreadMethod()

Anyone got any thoguhts or know a better place to post this?

    Hi ravendarksky

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the Developer Suite installed. Since that installer deals with multiple products, it’d be best to send an email to support@red-gate.com with this information. They’ll open a support ticket and work on troubleshooting any issues with you.
