Log shipping missed copies

I keep having issues with missed log copies of log backup files. We have to manually copy the missing file to correct.

Is there anything I can look at to prevent this? Would I be better off using native MS SQL log shipping?

    A support call has been raised for you. I have asked for the log files relating to this issue in that call. We can progress this issue further when I have more specific information.
