DATETIME2 not accurate

I've noticed that DATETIME2 columns are only syncing with a precision of 3 when I have it set to DATETIME2(7) I only get the first 3 of the 7 digits in the SQL scripts SQL Datacompare 11 generates... example is in the database the time value is this

2014-11-13 15:38:59.2837633

but when It generates the script, I get this

2014-11-13 15:38:59.2830000

any ideas why?
