Cannot save partial sync choice to a project file

Version is 11.2.1.82. I cannot save my choice of partial sync (for example, uncheck "target only") to a project file. Is this the default behavior? Is there an option to save such partial sync choices?

    I contacted support and was told to use commandline.
    sqldatacompare /s1:Server1 /s2:Server2 /db1:Customers1 /db2:Customers2 /exclude:Additional
