Message "Query was cancelled"

Hi,
Started getting the message "Query was cancelled" against a couple of servers in a group that I use multiscript to update. The queries in question can then be executed directly on the servers, or I can use SQL Compare to sync then (the queries are schema updates, eg creating a new stored procedure). Queries selecting data work okay. Any suggestions on how I might track down what is causing the problem?

    @version) against this list I get multiple messages indicating "Query was cancelled." However, when I create another list in which I add a couple servers on which the message was received, the query runs without issue.
