Thanks for reaching out to us!
Currently you cannot specify a custom delimiter within Multiscript, but you might be able to output to a .csv file then do a "Find And Replace All" with Notepad++ to get the formatting right. In any case I have submitted a feature request SE-684, so it is up to the project managers to triage accordingly.

Is there a way to do this in SQL Multi Script that we haven’t found?
Maybe this option is already in development?
