Depricated features - string literals as alias

I am embarrassed to say that I just learned of this and I know that I have string literals littered through-out my code. Does anyone know if a SQL Test can be created to list all of my views, procs, and functions containing this issue? If not, is there a way to use some sort of a regex in sql search?
