Loss of visual studio integration

I've had the .Net developer bundle installed for some time now, however I have just noticed that the Visual studio integration has disappeared, i.e. I have no ANTS menu in VS 2013.
I can still run the packages from the start button successfully however it's not as convenient.

I tried rerunning the installer, however it says that everything is already installed, and there is no repair option.

What can I do to get this integration back?

    Thank you for your forum post and sorry that you have encountered a problem.

    The Visual Studio integration is installed by running the ANTS Profiler Visual Studio Add-2.0 which adds an ANTS menu to the VS toolbar so you can launch Performance and Memory Profilers. When you rerun the installer, does your installer for the .NET Development Bundle include an entry for the ANTS Profiler Visual Studio Add-2.0?
