SQL Response Release Candidate – out now!

Hello!

Many changes have been made to SQL Response since it was last in beta, and we’re pleased to announce that a private Release Candidate for SQL Response is now available to try out!

Code lockdown approaches in a few weeks’ time and places are limited, so if you would like to try out the SQL Response Release Candidate in your own environment, please log in to a private forum, where you can read a short message about the release and download the Release Candidate.

You can access the private forum with the following five steps:

1. If you haven’t yet registered with the Red Gate forums, you will need to create an account here: http://www.red-gate.com/MessageBoard/pr ... e=register. If you have already registered with Red Gate forums, skip to step 3.

2. Once your new account with Red Gate forums has been activated, go to step 3.

3. Log in to your account. This will take you to the Red Gate forums homepage http://www.red-gate.com/messageboard/.

4. Click ‘Usergroups’ on the top navigation bar. Then select ‘SQL Response RC’ besides the ‘Non-member groups’ label. Click the ‘View Information’ box in the main window.

5. Finally, click ‘Join Group’ on the next page.

This will send an email to the forum moderator who will then activate your membership to the group. You will receive an email to inform you that your membership has been approved. Once you have received this email, you will be able to log in to the Red Gate forums to view / send messages to the private SQL Response v1 RC forum. If you log in to the Red Gate forums homepage and wish to view the SQL Response v1 RC forum, scroll down the list of threads to the category ‘Private beta forums’ and click on the link for ‘SQL Response v1 RC’.

If you have any questions in the meantime about SQL Response or the Release Candidate, please post a message to this forum.

Best wishes,
