Exporting Only effected fields within a table?

Is there a way that one would be able to only export the fields that differ/missing? I already unchecked the (include Identical tables) but would like to only export the fields that are different. The other option if this is not possible would be to remove them in excel or access. Please advise.

    Missing and Additional fields already go into different files when you export to CSV - you could delete the files with a shell script before importing everything in the directory, or just not import those files, if you only wanted to look at the columns that were different.
