Thanks for your post. It does look as if hooking the profiler into your application causes a problem in loading the .NET runtime. I hate to be a cliche, but a reboot may well solve the problem.
If not, please let us know and we can assist with some patches to the Profiler core dll that may alleviate the problem.

but when i selext my exe and give 'FINISH' i get the following error
"thread abort exception id 6 allocated by CLR initialization "
can anyone help me out .
I m able to run performance profiler . I dont know why i am unable to run memory profiler
