SQL Response - connect to named instance?

Having issues connecting SQL Response to named instances running both SQL Server 2000 and 2005. It returns Server (WMI) Login failed. The named instances reside on clustered servers. I am not an admin on the physical nodes of the cluster. No issues connecting to standalone servers.

    Hi,

    The account that is running the Incident Repository Service needs to be an administrator on all machines which you are monitoring. So in your case, if the Incident Repository is running as your account then you need to be admin on the physical nodes.
