The other user was using a different Corporate anti-virus program and it turned out to be the culprit. It's wasn't the first time either by all accounts.
As far as we can tell there's nothing wrong with the survey itself (we have had almost 300 responses now!).
Just out of interest, have you tried completing the survey from a completely different environment /computer which isn't running the security software and found the problem still persists? -
That would be my suggestion as well Mike: try giving it a go from a different machine. Sorry, I realise it's slightly lame.

I just tried to complete your survey about ANTS profiler as per the Simple Talk link
It gets to page 3 and keeps displaying Page 3 , you can't get to complete it
Am I doing something wrong ????
