Incident Repository Service terminated unexpectedly

I have installed and configured SQL Response to monitor my 30 SQL servers (SQL2000, 2005; 32-bit and 64 bit) but the service crashed after about 5 minutes of work.

Description:
The SQL Response Incident Repository Service service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 3 time(s).

The server where the SQL Response has been installed is 4-way 32-bit IBM XSERIES_365 (HT enabled, 8GB RAM) with Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition.
We are successfully using your SQL Backup almost on all our SQL servers about a year and hope this new product would be the same useful for us.

    Oh dear - sorry about that. Could you please send us the Incident Repositories log file? It get's stored whereever you configured the data store folder to be. The default location for this would be something like
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Response
    

    There should be a server.log file in there which should hopefull tell us more. I'll pm you my email address.
