Improvement: Attempt repository reconnection periodically

When the client's network connection goes down (for example, when a colleague unplugs the network hub!) it would be great if the client had an "Automatically attempt reconnection" feature. As an example, Quest's Spotlight on SQL Server has this feature and it's very useful as the connection I suffer under is flaky at best - I rarely have to check that Spotlight is not doing its job... it would be good if, when I come to rely upon Response in the same way, that it's connection is maintained...
